A Great Big thanks to our sponsors for making Creature Feature 2013 our best Creature Feature yet!

Ever get close to an armadillo? Look a python in the eye?

Creature Feature guests got a chance to see and learn about creatures big and small at the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum’s 11th annual Creature Feature, featuring the Creature Conservancy and other guests.

Creature Feature was on Sunday, October 13th, 2013 from 5-8pm.  With more than 750 attendees, it’s our biggest event of the year.

Creature Feature is a collaboration between the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum, The Creature Conservancy, The Leslie Science and Nature Center, Little Creatures Company, and others.

Tickets for this event were completely sold out.

But don’t worry; we’re offering even more opportunities to learn about our wild, furry friends.  Introducing Critters Up Close, a new monthly program, offered in collaboration with the Leslie Science & Nature Center, starting October 12-13.

We’ll host special animal guests and programming at the Museum the second weekend of every month, with Critters Up Close activities from 1-4 p.m.

Critters Up Close is funded by support from the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation, the Carroll J. Haas Foundation and the James A. & Faith Knight Foundation.
